Your Role

As our Sales Coordinator, you’ll:

  • Engage with customers on the phone and face-to-face, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive experience.

  • Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by providing product information and addressing queries confidently.

  • Upsell and promote additional products and services to drive sales.

  • Handle administrative tasks, such as raising sales orders and answering inquiries with professionalism.

  • Travel to customer sites across the UK, delivering outstanding service and strengthening client relationships.

  • Act as a vital link between our customers and the sales team, ensuring smooth communication and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Loves working with people and is confident in both phone and face-to-face interactions.

  • Delivers exceptional customer service, resolving concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Is organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods.

  • Has a genuine enthusiasm for sales and a drive to achieve results.

  • Holds a full UK driving licence (with no penalty points).

  • Is eager to learn and grow, mastering business systems and processes.
